Jaserah Abdul-Rahim was born in Tampa Bay, Florida, and has lived in Hernando County since 2009. She has attended Hernando County public schools throughout her education and will be graduating from Springstead High School this year. 

During her time at Springstead, Jaserah has been actively involved in a variety of clubs and leadership roles, including serving as the school outreach manager for ImPACT, the social media manager for the Eagle Fan Club, and the president of the Thespians National Honor Society. She also contributes to her school community through the morning announcements and participation in the Peers as Partners in Learning program.

Jaserah plans to continue her education by pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre. She is honored to serve as the 2025–2026 Student Representative, where she looks forward to being a voice for all students across Hernando County.
