National Honor Society

The National Honor Society (NHS) is the nation’s premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students.  More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, and character.  Membership in National Honor Society not only recognizes past achievements but also challenges members to develop further through active involvement in school activities and community service.  Meetings of the Nature Coast Technical High School chapter of NHS happen on Fridays after school.  Volunteer and community service activities are held throughout the year to encourage students to keep their membership in NHS active.
