    • This is regardless of prior test scores.
    • This is not applicable for dual enrollment student who are "reapplying" as a returning student to PHSC.
    • Students who have attended a public FL high school for the last 3 to 4 years may be exempt for testing if they have recent ACT, SAT or PERT scores for Reading, Writing and Math.
      • PHSC can better inform students of their testing requirements once they've received their official transcript during the summer months.
  • Students with Disabilites
    • Unknowingly, often students and parents believe that a student's IEP or 504 plan accomodations transfer to the post-secondary institution (vocational school, state college, university etc).  However accomodations do not seamlessly transfer.  Students must reach out to the specified institutions Office of Disabilities to inquire on the process for requesting accomodations at the college.  Also, accomodations at post-secondary institutions are implemented differently than in high school.
