Mental Health Resources-Need to talk now?
At Springstead High School, our school counselors are dedicated to supporting your child’s mental and emotional well-being. We work with students to provide guidance in managing stress, coping with personal challenges and developing resiliency. We are here to help students navigate both academic and personal issues.
In addition to our counseling team, we have a full-time therapist on campus, Ms. Torres, available through our guidance office, to provide professional short-term mental health support.
We are committed to ensuring that every student has access to the care and guidance they need to thrive.
