Students Entering 7th Grade Tdap Immunization
2024–2025 School Year
The State of Florida requires students entering the 7th grade to receive the Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis) booster before the first day of school.
The Florida 680 form must be provided to the school before your child can attend.
This immunization is available from your private pediatrician or from the Florida Department of Health in Hernando County. The HPV and meningitis immunizations are also available free of charge, but are not mandatory. Immunizations for students are FREE. Walkins are always welcome at the Spring Hill office Monday through Friday and at the Brooksville office Monday through Wednesday.
